GrabFood Chatbot
Enhance user experience by simplifying food choices, boosting merchant visibility, and driving economic growth with AI-driven insights.
A project for my third hackathon with 3 of my friends from the previous hackathons. Our idea this time arose from an age-old dilemma: "What should I order on GrabFood?". So we decided to make an AI chatbot that could assist users in picking food when they don't know what to buy on GrabFood. Turned out our idea was too generic. One of the feedbacks the judges gave to us was "Category chosen that can done via AI was already solved by filters". Ouch! But we kind of get that tho.
